What moves the price
- Moving plumbing. Keeping the shower, toilet and vanity where they are is what keeps a complete bathroom at $19,999. Moving them to new walls is the jump to the $29,999 tier, and it adds one to two weeks.
- Finishes. The price allows $45/m² for tiles and our standard vanity, toilet, screen and tapware. Upgrade any of them and you see the exact difference before you commit.
- A freestanding bath. From $1,600 supplied and fitted.
- The age of the house. Homes built between the 1950s and 1980s can hide water damage, rotten subfloor or asbestos sheeting. If we find it, we stop, photograph it and price it in writing before anyone touches it.

No showroom, no sales commission and no project-management layer marking up every trade. The person who quotes the job is the person who builds it, and tiles and tapware are bought at trade prices and passed through with one margin, not two.

From $14,999 including GST for a room up to about 4 m² with fixtures staying in place, tiling to 2 m, a new screen and vanity, and waterproofing. It takes 2–3 weeks on site.
How much more does it cost to move the plumbing?
A bathroom with layout changes starts at $29,999 including GST, against $19,999 for a complete bathroom with fixtures in place. It also adds time: 5–6 weeks instead of about 4.
Is the waterproofing included in the price?
Yes. Every bathroom is waterproofed to Australian Standard AS 3740 and you get the certificate at handover. It is included in every price on this page.
Can the price go up after I sign?
Only in three cases: you change the design, you upgrade a finish, or we find damage behind the walls. Each one is priced in writing before any extra work happens, and you decide.
